Health & Sanitation

Supporting local indigenous leaders to provide
access to basic healthcare, safe drinking water,
and sanitation to children and communities.

Our Mission

International Needs works to provide access to basic healthcare, clean water, sanitation, and hygiene education to communities where vulnerable people live. The need is great, and resources are scarce.
Support from people like you makes all this possible!

Our Projects

Uganda WASH

Where our team is working in Buikwe, Uganda, 50% of the population (430,000) do not have access to clean water and 40% of families do not have access to clean sanitary facilities.

I am helping to provide clean water & sanitation to families and communities around the world.

Every year, we need to raise $60,000 to sustain our Water Projects to ensure families have access to clean and safe drinking water.

“I thank God everyday for His provision of clean water to myself and my grandchildren.”
