God has blessed my visit to India and He saved about thirty teenagers. The trip was so fruitful.

- Hope for Now seeks to address the physical, educational, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of the people of Myanmar, especially in the context of ongoing civil conflict.
Hope for Now engages in community support programmes and gospel outreach to bring hope and practical assistance to struggling communities. Their work includes efforts to provide essential resources and spiritual encouragement in the midst of Myanmar’s civil war.

A Journey of Hope Amidst Turmoil
Thawng Cin Thang serves as a beacon of hope for Myanmar refugees amid ongoing turmoil. After safety concerns halted mission work in many areas, he traveled to India, where over 40,000 refugees have found temporary shelter. During his visit to four camps, he shared the gospel and provided aid, leading 30 teenagers to accept Christ.
Back in Myanmar, Thawng’s mission in Hmawbi continues to thrive, with 30-40 attendees at Sunday worship and summer English classes for neighborhood children. Despite challenges, the church is growing rapidly. As Thawng looks ahead, he plans to extend his mission to Thailand, where millions of Myanmar workers lack spiritual support. His unwavering commitment to building God’s kingdom inspires many, showing that hope can flourish even in the darkest times.
