The Project

For many people across the globe, access to basic healthcare remains an unattainable luxury. This is particularly true in developing countries where healthcare is either financially unviable or physically out of reach. The International Needs medical centre in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso, addresses this by offering free rapid malaria tests, mosquito nets, and essential care for expectant mothers and their children.

  • Provide quality healthcare to the population.|Ensure access to healthcare for all, regardless of social rank.|Improve health outcomes through preventive and essential care services.

The International Needs medical centre in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso, focuses on providing essential healthcare services, including free rapid malaria tests and distribution of mosquito nets. The centre also emphasizes maternal and child health, offering care to expectant mothers and their children.

Thanks to the efforts of IN medical centres, 3,729 people were successfully treated for malaria in just six months. Many vulnerable and marginalized members of society now have access to the healthcare services they need to thrive, significantly improving their quality of life and health outcomes.

To help the IN medical centres continue their valuable work, we aim to provide $53,000 of financial support each year. Your contribution will ensure that quality healthcare remains accessible to the most vulnerable, improving health and saving lives.

I am Sanou Karidja, an internally displaced person. I had to leave my village due to terrorist attacks. I want to say big thanks to the Ophel Health Center and all the donors for this gift of mosquito net. This will protect me and my family against mosquito and malaria; may God bless you.
