This website is owned and operated by Internation Needs New Zealand. International Needs New Zealand consists of two charities, International Needs New Zealand CC10941 for local office or ministry use and International Needs Humanitarian Aid Trust CC50312 for overseas aid, development and humanitarian purposes (together referred to as “International Needs” “Our” or “We”)

4. Information

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct, however we are unable to give you a warranty that information on our website is correct.

5. Computer Systems

We are not liable for any interference with or damage to your computer system which may occur in connection with your use of our website or websites linked to our Website. It is your responsibility to take precautions to ensure that the information you select for your use from this website is free of viruses or any other forms of interference (which may damage your computer system).

Unless indicated otherwise, all intellectual property rights (including all copyright, and trademarks) in this website are reserved. This includes our logos and graphics and photographs used in our website. You are granted a licence (“the Licence”) for the purpose of accessing and using this website for your personal use only. No part of this website can be copied, extracted, reproduced or distributed in any form whatsoever, without our written consent.

You agree to fully indemnify us for any loss or damage of any kind which may result because of your breach of the licence. This includes but is not limited to loss of donations or goodwill and includes any third-party claims against us that result from your use of our website.

Use of our website is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, direct, or consequential loss, damage or expense, that may be suffered due to your use, or access to, our website or any linked websites and/or the materials and information contained on it, or as a result of the inaccessibility of our website and/or the fact that certain materials or information contained on it may be incorrect, incomplete, out of date, or not fit for purpose. We do not accept liability for any changes to our website in the unlikely event that our website is hacked into. The limitations and exclusions in this clause apply regardless of whether the alleged liability that arises is on a contractual, tortious, equitable, or any other basis.

If for any reason the limitations and exclusions of liability contained in these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable and we become liable for any loss or damage that would have otherwise been excluded, our maximum liability is limited to NZD$50. This limitation of liability will apply regardless of whether the liability arises on a contractual, tortious, equitable or any other basis and in respect of any loss, damage or injury that may result from your access and/or use of our website.

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transmitted to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to enable us to recognise you whenever you access our website and therefore better personalise your experience with our website. Although we may use and publicise non-personal, aggregate statistics and group data relating to the use and access of our website by different people, subject to the terms of Donor Privacy and Information Policy, we will not share or make public, information about you without your permission.

Your use of this website and our terms of use are governed by the law of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
