This website is owned and operated by Internation Needs New Zealand. International Needs New Zealand consists of two charities, International Needs New Zealand CC10941 for local office or ministry use and International Needs Humanitarian Aid Trust CC50312 for overseas aid, development and humanitarian purposes (together referred to as “International Needs” “Our” or “We”)

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct, however we are unable to give you a warranty that information on our website is correct.

It is your responsibility to take precautions to ensure that the information you select for your use from this website is free of viruses or any other forms of interference (which may damage your computer system).

Use of our website is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, direct, or consequential loss, damage or expense, that may be suffered due to your use, or access to, our website or any linked websites and/or the materials and information contained on it, or as a result of the inaccessibility of our website and/or the fact that certain materials or information contained on it may be incorrect, incomplete, out of date, or not fit for purpose. We do not accept liability for any changes to our website in the unlikely event that our website is hacked into. If for any reason the limitations and exclusions of liability contained in these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable and we become liable for any loss or damage that would have otherwise been excluded, our maximum liability is limited to NZD$50. This limitation of liability will apply regardless of whether the liability arises on a contractual, tortious, equitable or any other basis and in respect of any loss, damage or injury that may result from your access and/or use of our website.
