In Fiji’s informal settlements, many mothers face significant social and economic disadvantages. With low education and skills, they struggle in the job market, impacting their children’s education and prospects.
Our Mission
International Needs is dedicated to equipping women with essential skills and resources to start their own businesses and improving livelihoods of families. With your support, we can create lasting change and economic opportunities in communities where they are needed most. Join us in transforming lives through empowerment and education.
Our Projects
Lydia Vocational Training Programme
In rural Nepal, women face social and economic disadvantages. Limited education and vocational skills hinder financial independence, trapping many in cycles of poverty and making it hard to support their families.
Allahabad Vocational Training Centre
In rural Uttar Pradesh, girls and women face severe inequalities, including low literacy rates, social segregation, and violence, which hinder their opportunities and overall well-being.
I am helping women and families thrive through economic empowerment.
Each year, we need to raise over NZD 160,000 to sustain our Economic Empowerment Projects and help families achieve financial independence.
"I am so thankful to the trainer, who through her story as a single mom and the struggle that she went through, really encouraged me."
